What we do
The synaptic connections between neurons can undergo plastic changes during learning, thereby storing new information. We are interested in understanding the neural signals that trigger such changes, the intracellular mechanisms that support them, and the principles that determine how neural circuits encode specific memories. We investigate the mouse cerebellum, using a combination of techniques at the synaptic, cellular and systems levels
